I use http://www.Driversguide.com .
They have one password and user name for everyone.

Althought I have never received a virus, I would recommend you update your antivirus and antispyware before downloading. That is advised for any downloads though.

 to BC

Read the front page after login (thank you) and I think the site will definitely help out.
Since I get windows update auto should I check anyway or just go straight to manufacture?

Thanks Mikepin

When at all possible you should use the manufacture's web site for drivers and drive updates. Windows provides limited hardware drive updates, and while I have heard they are problematic I rarely use windows for a driver update, and to be frank havenever had a problem with MS Update.
WWW.DriversGuide.com consists of individuals who upload drivers to the site. That make it risky at best to download from. Again I have had no problems personally, I would just be cautious. I use it as a last resource.
