Yesterday I downloaded a file from the internet. Kaspersky detected the packed.win32.Krap.aj virus. It said it couldn't delete it so I restarted my computer and then it said it was deleted. I'm not receiving any odd behavior as of yet. But I would like some help to make sure there is nothing hidden on my system.

I am running Windows 7 64-bit. I have a Dell Inspiron 1440. KIS 2011 is my antivirus. I did full scans with Malwarebytes and Trojan Remover and all reports came clean.

I appreciate any help.
