I am trying to start my laptop running XP Media Center in Safe Mode but when i do it runs through a list of registries and then starts rebooting. It may start up normally but then crashes soon after giving a blue screen about a problem with security software. It all started a few months back with the widows XP antivirus virus. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
