Hi I want to make sure I describe my problem in the correct manner. There seem to be a lot of rules here. Do I make a new topic if my problem is already being discussed? I've seen numerous threads about my problem and tried many of the suggestions. Do I jump on one of those or start a new thread?

Hi almscta,

Welcome to BC

You can search the forum to see what you can find.

You can post your symptoms in the Am I Infected forum.

Be patient as everybody here is a volunteer and we get overwhelmed at times.

So I posted my issue and it looks like I've been overlooked. People posting after me are getting help. Did I do it wrong?

almscta,

I don't think you have been overlooked.

There are different staff handling different types of problems, one type of problem may have more staff members trained on it than another type of problem.

Hang in there.

I have made a request for someone from the malware staff to look at your post. Send me a PM if you do not get a reply to it within 24 hours of the time stamp on this post of mine. Thank you for being so patient.
