Just updated my KIS 2010 to 2011 doing an uninstall and fresh install. Was surprised to see that with KIS 2011 SUPERAntiSpyware is incompatible and must be uninstalled.

So just an advisory to those considering the upgrade. I only used it twice as a second check during the time I had KIS 2011, so I didn't feel it was a great loss with the new capabilities. More like an even trade off IMHO.

Hi Animal,

Yeah, Kaspersky pretty much objects to the presence of most security software when installing. There is a workaround available.

Although Once Kaspersky is installed, you shouldn't have any problems installing and using SUPERAntiSpyware and/or MBAM as backup on-demand scanners.
