Hi, I'm trying to improve my tech support abilities to help my friends who come to me for problems.
I'd like to think that I'm already somewhat OK at it and if I have physical access to the computer I will usually solve their problem.

I'm an incoming senior in High School hoping to major in Computer Science. I along with the help of friends won a Computer Forensics competition at NYU Poly, and I'm the co president of the Computer Club at my school.

I run Windows 7 with a VM of Ubuntu and have tried out all sorts of OS's. I've even quadbooted Vista, XP, Ubuntu, and OSX all on one PC  .
My PC is an HP Envy 14 with an i5-520m.

And I have a Youtube Channel for Modern Warfare 2 videos.

So that's me in a nutshell. I hope to learn lots here and maybe I'll learn enough to be a frequent assister/contributer.
