Can't use internet in safe mode?

I'm trying to get rkill on my vista to get rid of security suite, but I can't get on the internet because wireless can't be used in safe mode.
Should I move it over to my computer from a usb? I'm confused

You can use internet in Safe Mode with Networking.

Broni is correct. When you reboot into Safe mode, choose instead Safe mode with Networking.
