Hello new compatriots and peers in the world. I am Michael and have been tasked with 'fixin computers'. I look forward to learning what you all know and sharing what I know.

currently researching these two messages on the BSOD

*** STOP: 0x0000007A (0xc05cf900,0xc000000E,0xB9F2050c,0x3662F860)

***atapi.sys - Address B9F2050c base at B9F13000, datestamp 4802539d

I have seen various problems associated with and solutions to, but curious what you all think.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello mbur, welcome to the board.. if those items are for a discussion you should bring it in General Chat or Antivirus Methods.. If on the other hand if you have a malware issue then a description of it and your system should be posted in the Am I Infected forum.
