I was wondering if anybody could help me? I had a solution tools pro and antivir "software" virus. Which I managed to get rid of but ever since then though I'm having a hard time going online it takes forever for Firefox to pop up and then it will say "server not found for (google etc.)" until I keep refreshing, closing, and restarting Firefox until it works. I ran a scan with both AGV and Malware today. Malware finds nothing and AVG finds these:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wuauclt.exe (3364):\memory_001b0000
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wuauclt.exe (3364)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe (1068):\memory_001a0000
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe (1068)
C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE (356):\memory_001a0000
C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE (356)
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe(2776):\memory_001a0000
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe(2776)

That is the order they shows up.
It says it's a 'Trojan horse Adload_r.AKC'
AVG can not get to it because it says the "objects are inaccessible"
I was wondering how do I get rid of this??? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!!
