After a bad recovery, I couldn't get a portion of windows to work. Went to Hp and microsoft both for the problem. Hp's suggestion on the matter, was to use F8, windows advance options. and select return to os choices.

Problem was I didn't know which to choose, nor, if I was following the right procedure. Would someone answer this please. Thank you

1:D:\MiniNt
2.D:\1386
3:C:\Windows

os Xp pro, ie 6 after recovery

What appears from the first looks,
You should choose C:\Windows.
