Hi all,

I'm trying to get an Okidata Pacemark 3410 dot matrix printer to print a 8.5"x7" form from Windows XP. It can definitely do this size because it's currently set up to do so on a Windows98 machine set up expressly for this purpose (I wish to update this entire setup but wouldn't mind keeping this old printer to save money if possible).

I've set up the form, but when I go to print, the new form is not there as a paper option.

Steps taken

- Made sure I have the latest printer driver
- Gone to the server properties of the printer, created and saved the form (8.5x7, 0 margins)
- In my googling I've found that one should associate the new form with a tray, but this is not an option (disabled) since it is a dot matrix with one "tray".

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks much!
