Everytime I try to shut down my PC. I get an error message saying Byteokaywait~exe is having trouble shuting down. What do I do? What is Byteok? Please provide any information.

What operating system does your PC run? If it is Windows XP press Ctrl+Alt+Del and look under the 'Processes' tab. See if Byteokwait or similar is listed. See if you can use 'End Task' on it.

Do you have up to date anti-virus and anti-spyware on your system? If so please tell us which ones.
