If you are asking about a movie guide for learning Excel, I take it that you have little or no experience with spreadsheets. I would suggest you find a book (for example, Excel for Dummies, since it is on my bookshelf at the moment) that has a stuctured, and user friendly approach to learning Excel; read each section and then try to replicate the task on your own spreadsheet. Naturally, if you have specific problems, many of us here can provide hints or suggestions based on experience.
Cheers,
John
