I'm really hoping there is an easy fix for my problem and appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I recently updated my GPS map from a Torrent and now I keep getting a Trend Micro Internet Security Pro pop-up which asks me to Scan Now. I have scanned several times, also I have used The SUPERantispyware free edition and the CCleaner.

Once the full antivirus scan is completed it tells me there is a file called Troj Gen.R08C3HD which is located at C:\users\chris\appdata\local\destop\cleanupwizard. I tried unhiding the hidden files and tried deleting the file or at least quarantining it but no luck.

I searched for help and somewhere online I saw to run Combofix.exe. I have done that and I have the logfile saved on my desktop but have done nothing else with it. Please, can you help me correct this issue.
