I'm new to this forum. Have been having MAJOR problems with my Dell Centrino running Windows XP SP3 since I must have accidentally clicked on the "Security Tools" button and got a virus. Will be looking for help and suggestions on this forum from the experienced users. Nice to meet you!

Hello name and  to Bleeping Computer. Thanks for saying hello :flowers:

Please take a few moments to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the forum works.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There is a lot of very useful information there.

Since you mention you have a malware issue this may help you.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
