I've got office 2010 and for my calender I'm using outlook 2010's
but if I don't start outlook I miss a reminder that I have setup.

Is there anyway to have a calender always running in my task bar
to set appointments & keep an eye on my schedule during the day
instead of always having to start outlook or keep it running.

What you are trying to do is something I wish could be possible but as I see it I cannot find a solution to this very annoying problem. But If anyone can find anything I would also be interested in seeing a solution.

I think this post by Diane will help. When do you want it to open?

That [url="http://"%20http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/DeskT...5031664/1"[/url]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">DeskTask 1.2 looks pretty good.
