My wife accidentally down loaded a win32malware. I ran a Avast virus check and found this out. It is in a file named Antiwpa.dll. When i finished the virus scan it give me options and the one it was on was chest. I have not done anything yet because I am not sure if I should try and remove it or put it in the chest. I turned off the computer and will wait to hear from some one before I try and boot that computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
