Xp Boot Up Problem?

I had to reinstall XP Pro. Now when I turn on the PC the first screen image that is a DOS like screen that ask's me which XP do I want to start with! How do I get rid of that and go directly to my desktop.

My advice is start again. You have 2 Windows XP Pro OS installed now. There is a way to get rid of the dual boot but you will still have data taking up space with the second OS. What you should have done during the process of installing Windows XP was FORMAT the Partion first on the chosen Partion for installing Windows XP Pro

31337 is a prime number .... 1337 is not .... go figure!

Actually you probibly have one instants of XP with two links to startup. Do oth startup XP?
