I am trying to start my Gateway Dell Windows XP Student/Home 2007 but keep getting the message "We apologize for the inconvenience but Windows did not start sucessfully"

I have tried to get into Safe Mode but it seems that the computer is in a loop trying to reboot, I have tried all the listed options but nothing is working! this bleeping computer is not responding, any suggestions?

Would you please tell us exactly what "all the listed options" includes so that we can further assist you?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
