Security Suite Virus

I'm having trouble removing the Security Suite virus from my in-laws' computer. I've followed the instructions, used rkill, then Malwarebytes, but Malwarebytes isn't finding anything, even after updating. I've followed the entire procedure three times now, and it's still there. Any suggestions?
