It appears that my machine is being used to send spam, first time for everything; am listed on the following DNS-based blocklists:

When attempting to send mail from Outlook, the following message is returned (sensitive info replaced with ALL CAPS):
The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server. Server Response: '554 Your connection from NNN.NNN.NNN.NNN has been rejected due to poor reputation.'. (Account: 'ACCOUNTNAME', SMTP Server: 'mail.DOMAINNAME.com', Error Number: 0x800ccc0f).

Have AVG and Malwarebytes, both up to date. XP Home, SP 3, up to date.

Performed scans and computer "appears" to be cleaned. Have been struggling with malware for about 2 months.

Wish to ensure all malware is expunged.

tcpview.txt attached.

New user, not sure where to start, need assistance.

Can you post your IP address, and what server is telling you this? Is this your ISP's server, Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail, other mail servers? If you want to hide your IP address you can send it to me via Private Messaging.
