Here's a weird one. I'm working on a co-workers laptop. I already removed the spyware with Superantispyware. However I found out that the previous IT guy had done a decent amount of work on her computer and that he setup remote access if needed. He sounded like the mischievous type so I'm a just a bit suspicious that he can remote into her computer. I found an extra profile with the name "ASP.NET" which i removed and Remote Assistance was enabled which I disabled.

It's running WinXP and has Bit Defender. Should i remove all the firewall rules and make a new list? What else should be checked? Is a format needed? The TCPView log is attached. If a Hijackthis log would be useful please let me know. Thank you.
