Hello, I currently have a trojan that seems to have affected my parents desktop and I've been having trouble removing it. I had Norton Antivirus and Adaware running, and don't know how it got infected. The internet doesnt work on it anymore, it goes to random sites instead of the ones requested. I installed avira and it found that TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen3 trojan was found in the folder C://WINDOWS/system32/vtrooo.dll and that access is denied to the folder. When I try to run a scan to remove it, it finds a few problems, one being a program lsass.exe and says it is the trojan, but when the computer restarts, the problem is right back to where I started. I tried running combofix and the computer restarts in the middle of it again to the beginning of the problem, I'm kind of stuck and dont' know where to go from here, any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
