Each time I log on I get this error message "xml error is 2

How do I correct this without buying a package?

Edit: Guessing at the OS being XP and moved topic from Introductions to the more appropriate forum. If it isn't XP we can move it to the right one. ~ Animal

System manufacturer and model? What version of Windows and what SP is installed?

Is what you posted the entire content of the error message?

Does it appear if you boot into safe mode?
