Hello there, I'm having some major issues. When I boot up my computer, it gives me this error:

I think it might be malware related. A system reformat is not an option and I do not have Windows install discs. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 and Unfortunately this is on my school laptop  Does anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this issue?

I appreciate any help you can provide to me.
