stopping other users access

I want to be able to stop my wife from deleting all the cookies when she gets off the computer. she always does this she deletes everything. Is there a way I can lock that option we have to accounts on the computer both are administrative but I can change hers to limited will that do it?

Yea that will work
I would use separate accounts just like you mentioned.

I would wonder why everything is being deleted.

It may be selected under Advanced" tab and checking "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" under the "Security" section.
