I need serious help....I'm at a loss with a possible virus/malware, i'm not too technical so bear with me....

Norton keeps popping up with 'There was a recent attempt to attack your computer' and also 'An intrusion attempt has been blocked'. When I click for more details it says the risk name is Tidserv request 2, attacking computer 68b6b6b6.com and it results from \DEVICE\HARDDISKVOLUME1\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNETEXPLORER\IEXPLORER.EXE

Every time I try to use the internet these pop ups from norton are constantly telling me that an intrusion is blocked, also when I try to load a page it will redirect it to various different websites that i've never heard of. Sometimes if I have more than one tab open, the tab I am not currently looking at will all of a sudden go to a different website or to google.

I have ran a full system scan on Norton, it found nothing....I ran a scan on adware and it found 4 malicious files (cannot remember the name of them) which I removed but it doesnt seem to have made any difference.

What should I do now? Any ideas? any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
