Check that your memory is seated properly also try swapping the sticks in different slots.
Check device manager for any hardware problems.
Be sure your CPU fan is working as well as the case fans.

Does the computer finish boot and load windows and then shutdown or does it shut down before windows loads.
Do you get any error messages [ exact wording if so]
Check that the video card is seated properly and if it has a fanis that running as well.

This will start ya off on discovery.

You will have to get your hardware stable first follow the steps the other poster in your other thread and I have given you. Since you have no OS loaded ya won't be able to check device manager.

It may be best to start your build over, disassemble and restart.
Check your motherboard out and be sure ya didn't crack it when inserting the memory or plugging things in.
You did observe all ESD precautions, used a grounding strap or kept touching the metal parts of the case to discharge any static electricity your body may be building up.

Sorry I can't help anyfurther tonight but us old folk have to go to bed.

Best of luck to ya. Ill check in in the morning and see how ya got on.

Check your fans on both the case, power supply, and the processor. Mainly the processor.

Did you install the CPU yourself? if so did you apply thermal compound/paste between the cpu and heatsink?, is the cpu fan connected and working? are all your power supply connectors in the right places (should be 2 plugged straight into the mobo)?
It could be alot of things, but it sounds like it's failing the POST (pre operating system tests) checks and shutting down for safety.

I have the same brand of components as you and my system posted first time so it's not anything to do with the default hardware settings, my first instinct says CPU problem or power. Go back through it all and check every connection and check your CPU.
