Not sure if this is the right place for this topic. I am looking for spam filtering software suitable for a business with around 100 email addresses, spread over 3 email servers running MS Exchange server. Our mail reading app is Outlook 2k3.

I have installed SpamBayes on a couple of PCs but find it to be a lot of work to get the users to flag mail properly and find myself having to spend more time than I would like at it. I'm not sure if is the best solution for the 20 or so users who have 20+ spam mails/day.

What have you used?

What are the benefits and drawbacks of various paid and opensource spam filters you've used?
