Google Redirect Virus

When I go to use Google I am occasionally redirected to completely random sites. Every time I run HitmanPro 3.5 It doesnt find any threats but it says "Possible Variant of Tdl3 or Alias alureon Detected" Any help would be much Appreciated :thumbsup:
