Where to tell about ATI's bad drivers?

Only driver from CD works best; Catalyst 10.6 / 10.7 doesn't include HDMI Audio.

Also some other issues, like "lined, unsmooth graphics" ingame or when watching a video, and unsmooth movement of cursor.

Audio works fine through HDMI for me on my Radeon HD 5850. It's not the drivers.

Did you download the entire Catalyst Suite or just the driver itself?
