Hello
I'm looking for a little help and/or advice.
I had the Antivir2000 program somehow installed onto my PC and used the instructions on this forum to get rid of it and was delighted when my 45 pop-up's a minute finally ceased!
However, I now get redirected - mostly to AskJeeves - via a random series of URL's when attempting to search on Yahoo! It only happens in IE, Google Chrome is OK. My better half is very keen on IE so I'd quite like to have the functionality of it restored.
So, at this moment I've ran Malwarebytes' Anti Malware program, the Rkill program (advised in the Antivir removal thread) and CCleaner (advised in another thread) but I've still got this redirect issue.
Can anyone advise a poor chap and save his relationship??
Thanks,
Mark

Got rid of this by using Kaspersky program as advised on the "How to Fix google redirect" thread.

Many thanks to all you out there giving up time and effort to help people!
