What do the double zeros "00" mean on a cash register???
and how do I use a cash register???

The "00" key is ment for faster entry of multiple 0's thats it. It's kinda pointless in our $.99 society (Stores lower the price from a flat x.00 price to y.99 to entice consumers into believing it's a bargan.)
