Hi Everyone. My friend had AntivirusGT virus on her computer, we followed the steps to manually remove it because the removal tool wasn't downloading.

After doing the manual removal and restarting the computer, it boots up, put in the password and then it is a black screen.

Even starting up in safe mode brings up the black screen with safemode in all 4 corners.

By going into msconfig I can get onto explorer and go on the internet, but that is it.

Any ideas?
