There are several "Rescue CD"downloads that you can download and install to CD,they will search your system for malware problems.I know of several for free, but not sure if they all work on Windows 7.
Do a google search for:

-AVG Rescue CD download
-Avira Rescue CD download
-Spyware Doctor Rescue CD download

I have 2 of these Rescue Cd's but have not needed them yet.
The makers of these have detailed instructions on how to use them, good luck!
