Just to let you know that after following your instructions....so far so good! Internet Explorer has not been hijacked and the dialer has not reappeared. I rebooted and it is still ok. If you see anything else let me know.
I did have to delete the BHO (02 entry on the first log) as it was reloading the hijack on Internet Explorer.
Thanks for your help!

You did a fantastic job...!!

Just fix these:

O9 - Extra button: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\IEExtension.dll
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\IEExtension.dll

Reboot and delete:

C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\

Then post a last log
