According to the link:

Ports/Other : 6 USB 2.0 ports (2 on front), 1 Serial, 1 Parallel, 2 PS/2, Microphone-In & Head Phone jack on front, Audio-In & Out, 3 PCI slots (2 available)

So:

I would be hesitant to buy any of those. What are you trying to do with your new videocard?

^^^^It has an AGP slot too.

Unfortunately that system is so old that it won't be capable of 3D gaming.

play half life 2 and stuff from that genre, and i would beg to differ about that not being able to perform 3d gaming because computers have well before that computers time.

You don't need to beg. It cannot play anything modern.

To me half life 2 is modern enough.

It's 6 years old. That is outdated when it comes to computer games. It's 3D engine doesn't even support DX10 or DX11 graphics. That's several generations behind.

1. It's PCI. It will be severely bottlenecked by the PCI bus. Why are you looking at that when you have an AGP slot?
2. No need for a new PSU for that graphics card.

Here's a Radeon HD 4670 that's going to be the best you can get. It only needs you to connect a 4-pin molex connector to the graphics card, which should be readily available. It only uses 59W of power too so you won't need to get a new PSU.

One note of warning though: That CPU is going to severely bottleneck that graphics card. It will be a lot better than onboard graphics but don't expect to be doing any serious gaming with modern 3D games.
