Hi I jumped drived the malwarebytes program from my computer to the infected computer. And it is doing the scan now in the safe mode. The problem is that I cannot download the update because it is not a separate file, it is incorporated into the main program. I need to connect in the safe mode networking but it said my fire wall and proxy was preventing Firefox from connecting to the internet. How can I fix that so I can download the updated version of this malwarebytes? I am doing a full scan in the safe mode and nothing has popped up yet so I think I am going to need the updates. Thanks
