I am new to this and don't have a clue so please be patient. I went to shut down my laptop and was asked to install updates on Friday, August 13th (I have Vista) and when I turned on my computer on Saturday, my Outlook was wiped out and unable to log on as well as all of my personal documents disappeared. Can anybody help???? Thanks
