Hi everybody,

I am new to the site and I suppose like a lot of others here are looking for ways to fix problems and I am no exception despite not being that computer literate, however i am sick and tired of trojans and other problems i feel i really need to learn more and hopefully become a little bit more of an expert, so are there any others who feel the same way?

lets hear from you!

bluebabe

Hi. A friend pointed me to a site that led me here. I'm trying to decide whether to learn how to find & fix the complicated stuff (I run regular virus/spyware/etc scans) on my old computer, buy a new computer and keep it clean, or both. I'm not totally illiterate re computers, but far from expert.

Hi gringotimo,

we are on the same page here -) i have had to have laptops for work most of my life and they are a pain mostly and never seem to last above 2 years regardless of how expensive they were, latley my screen started to pack up so i have opted for an external monitor and then shall purchase a tower when it goes completley. It has taken me all weekend of removing a bloody great trojan and i can breath again but the problems never seem to go away, bloody computers love em, hate em lol

regards
