Hello I am new and glad to have you here and I hope that I posted this in the right area

Help Please!!

I got a trojan called Trojan BHO a few days ago. I used Malware bytes to scan and it said it deleted it. Since then the Panda Software 2010 Global Protection won't run. In fact, it disappears when I turn on my computer - every time. I tried reinstalling 3 times and it does install and I scan and everything says okay, but when I turn off the computer, and reboot, Panda is gone. So I ran a program called Trojan remover and it said this:

Winlogon Notify: avldr - C:\WINDOWS\......\avldr.dll.
This file can't be found

I tried many things. I tried to search for it under "start - search for files and folders" and windows searches and then stops searching. I tried finding the avldr.dll file on the internet and can't find it to put it on my computer.

I understand that this is part of Panda software. I tried reinstalling Panda global protection 2010 3 times and when I shut down the computer, it is gone. I tried it all in safe mode too. What should I do now?

Where should I get the dll? What steps shouuld I take besides reformating? Can you help me please?
thank you!

I think the safest way is to actually get it from Panda so you get the actual dll that goes with that app and your OS.. Start a support ticket.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
