Download Process Explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb896653.aspx
Unzip ProcessExplorer.zip, and double click on procexp.exe to run the program.
Click on View > Select Colunms.
In addition to already pre-selected options, make sure, the Command Line is selected, and press OK.
Go File>Save As, and save the report as Procexp.txt.
Attach the file to your next reply.

Well....System Idle Process (CPU NOT used) is listed at 96.92%, which is perefect.
I'm not sure then, where you can see 100% of CPU usage.

in task manager it says cpu is at 100%

You'd have to post a screenshot showing that, or provide Process Explorer log from the very moment, when task manager shows 100% CPU usage.

When you see 100% usage, press PrtScr button.
Then, open MS Paint, right click inside its window and click "Paste".
Save the file as .jpg type and attach it to your next reply.

Also...

Please, post some computer info:
- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")
- security programs in use (antivirus, firewall)
