I'm currently building a rig from about half a year ago that was put on hold. After mounting everything to the case and installing everything to the MB I booted the beast up. All was well till I checked the BIOS and only 2 of my 3 Samsung Spinpoint HD's were dectected. I'm able to detect any 2 at a time(In any sata port) but can't get the third to show up. The motherboard is an ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo. Any ideas?

You haven't invoked RAID settings in the BIOS...by mistake?
