Hi all,

My computer is infected with something that Malwarebytes is not catching. It gave me a corrupt config.sys file which wouldn't let me boot up my computer at all. I took my laptop to the local puter fixers since I couldn't boot up at all. They got that part fixed but said I have some infections on it still. When I got it back, I ran Malwarebytes but it couldn't find any infections. However, my IE isn't running right at all. It lets me load it up but without any saved tabs. Then it lets me use google but nothing else. I am currently using firefox to access the internet. (Thank God for Firefox lol). I tried to upgrade to IE8 and it wouldn't let me and it won't let me uninstall IE7 either.

So any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance. :-)

This morning I found out the virus won't let Firefox download from Adobe because according to Firefox, it was trying to redirect to a loop that would never complete.
