I have a Acer 4810tz

When I open the camera it says:

Camera Not found.

I reinstalled windows vista

I installed the Acer Crystal eye software but the sign still comes up??

Please help.

Did you reboot after you installed the driver?

And, it has the same error message, right?

I see the Crystal eye logo however it can't find the camera itself.

I am thinking the software is missing I can't figure it out.

Start > Right click my computer > Properties > on the left you should see "device manager," click it > then you should see something like "imaging devices" or something like that.

Do you see anything in the sub-menu?

Yea the drivers are there I will try and up date them to see what happens.

After I did that same thing Camera not found.

I downloaded all of the camera drivers of Acer drivers for this model and none of them worked.

I guess I will use a open source program. Instead of the original...

Yeah, try that... I suggest ManyCam if you don't know of a good one.
