Hi

My computer (windows XP) got infected couple of weeks back. I ran Malwarebytes and Mcafee and removed lots of viruses and malwares. But everyhour firefox opens a tab "www.google.com/webhp" and I run Malwarebytes everyday and it detects something or the other everytime. I have seen similar topics here regarding this issue but didnot want to run combofix without supervision. Hope you could help me with this issue.

Thanks

Thanks Budapest,

I think it worked!! I ran the tdss killer executable and it detected something. So far I haven't had any of those pop-ups that were bugging me for months.

Thanks for your help!
