Okay so I have Norton 360 with the AntiSpyware, but I want to run the Windows Live Scanner, will that screw up Norton ?

You can use almost any other scanner as an on demand scanner for cross checks without a problem. It is when you run two real time scanning engines at the same time that issues like conflicts and missed malware develop.
