Hi everyone:

Yup, first post, and hoping to get some answers. I have used this forum whenever I have a malware issue, and this place is so effective I haven't even needed to register before-- I could just mooch the answers from someone else's situation by Google-searching my problem.

But I've come across one that I can't really troubleshoot on my own, so I plan to post it in the appropriate forum.

Before I do, however, I would appreciate if someone would tell me what they expect from me in a newtopic post-- i.e. I have a "hijack this" log, but do they want more? Is a description of the problem and a "hijackthis" enough to get started?

Any other tips are appreciated, and thank you all for making this site so useful (and making PCs infinitely more bearable! No macs for me!)
