I was infected with a virus that I got from visiting a site that crippled my computer a few weeks ago. It would tell me programs were infected and asked if I wanted to clean the infected files with an anti virus program I did not have and did this to every program I tried to run. It was nasty but I got rid of it...or so I thought. While I don't have that problem anymore, I do still have issues. Anytime I google search something I get the results page, and if I click on any link it redirects me to something else. I can still browse the web by using google's cache and then clicking a link from there and its fine but clicking any result from a google search will redirect to a fake site.

Try this:

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
