I am trying to fix a computer with rogue anti-virus "Total Defender 2010" by booting up with Hirem Boot CD. All efforts resulted in virus coming back after I reboot.

Virus is called - Rootkit.Unclassified/USBHubB

I even did a complete reformat (not quick format). Erased all 3 partitions, created 1 partition now, NTFS.

I have no ethernet controller yet, and already USBHubB, is back.

Edit: Moved topic from XP to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal
